I just had to draw 2P England!! he's my favorite of all the 2Ps X3 I tend to have a thing for cute, mentally dysfunctional characters, and, well, Ollie here is definitely both ^^ I drew him with his sleeves rolled up because, what the hell, it's cuter that way ^^ _{plus I like arms for some weird reason} and I just HAD to add a little blood XD
